IMN_OPENSTATUSWINDOW Overview  Group

The IMN_OPENSTATUSWINDOW message is sent when an IME is about to create the status window. An application processes this message to display the status window for the IME by itself. The application receives this notification message through the WM_IME_NOTIFY message.

No return value.

Remarks

The IME window creates a status window when it processes this message and sets the strings to display in the window into the input context. Applications can get information about the status window by using the ImmGetConversionStatus function.
