The ListView_Scroll macro scrolls the content of a list view control.
You can use this macro or explicitly send the LVM_SCROLL
message.

Parameters

hwnd

Handle to the list view control.

dx

Integer value that specifies the amount of horizontal scrolling.
If the view type of the list view control is icon view, small icon view, or
report view, this value specifies the number of pixels to scroll. If the view
type of the list view control is list view, this value specifies the number of
columns to scroll.

-
Integer value that specifies the amount of vertical scrolling.
If the view type of the list view control is icon view, small icon view, or
list view, this value specifies the number of pixels to scroll. If the view
type of the list view control is report view, this value specifies the number
of lines to scroll.
Return Values
Returns TRUE if successful or FALSE otherwise.
