Configures system devices.

				[PARITY=p]

                                [to=on|off]  infinite time-out processing 
				[xon=on|off] xon or xoff protocol for data-flow
				[odsr=on|off] Output Data Set Ready (DSR) 
				[idsr=on|off] Input Data Set Ready (DSR)
                                [octs=on|off] Output Clear To Send (CTS)
				[dtr=on|off|hs]  Data Terminal Ready (DTR) hs=handshake
                                [rts=on|off|hs|tg] Request To Send (RTS) tg=toggle
